She takes the time to explain every step of the treatment beforehand, ensuring you feel comfortable. Her treatments are amazing, releasing months of built-up tension. Natasha, provides helpful advice and aftercare tips to keep you feeling your best. I left feeling very relaxed, and I can't recommend Unwind and Natasha highly enough! Have had an awful back for weeks due to work. Was taking my breath away even driving to the appointment. I’ve just left feeling like a new man. A very calming and soothing atmosphere. Natasha is lovely and puts you at ease. relaxing massage but at the same time firm enough to do what had to be done. My back hasn’t felt this good in weeks. Will definitely be back and can’t recommend enough :)

I had the pleasure of a Japanese Head Soa along with a back massage today at Unwind. It was truly incredible, the head spa melted away all my stress and made me feel truly looked after and then I have always had a knotted back but Natasha managed to work out so many of them and I’ve left feeling so much lighter. Thank you again and I can’t wait to be back :)

Oh my god, just had a head spa, I think this is the most relaxed I’ve ever been in my life! Natasha was so lovely and just her voice was relaxing let alone the the treatment, would definitely Recommend anyone 100% to visit unwind! 10/10 can’t wait for my next appointment xx
